BC Ferries
Most people arrive via BC Ferries, so plan early and make a reservation! You can find the schedule on the BC Ferries website; be sure you select the correct date and direction for your travel. If all the reservations are sold out, about 50-70% of the ferry is reserved, the rest is available for first come first serve. Once the ferry leaves Horseshoe Bay, it is 90 minutes to our doorstep if driving.
Don’t want to bring your car? There is pay parking at Horseshoe Bay, including the Lions overflow parking at 6381 Marine Drive West Vancouver, BC, Canada V7W 2S5. You can either take Sunshine Coast transit from the ferry to Sechelt, then you will have to cab it from there, call Coast Taxi at 604-989-8294. A new option is to download the Coastal Rides App and arrange to be picked up at the ferry and brought directly to Pedals & Paddles. They also have a 10 passenger Van, which can be economical for a group.
Finally, Harbour Air flies from Coal Harbour to Sechelt Inlet, and Sunshine Coast Air flies from Vancouver Airport (South Terminal) to Sechelt Inlet. Then it is a short cab ride to Pedals & Paddles.
