There is such a wide variety of places to stay close to Pedals & Paddles. In our beautiful little Lamb Bay, there are four waterfront options, from a rustic 3 bedroom cabin with a dock to a 5-star luxurious home with 5 separate suites that sleeps up to 18 people. There is even a boutique hotel with Spa services.
They are all listed on Trip Advisor, AirBnB, VRBO or Sechelt Visitor Info Centre and can be found by searching for ‘Tuwanek’ or ‘Sechelt’. We’ve provided a list of nearby cottage rentals and B&B’s below.
There are several drive in campsites close by, Porpoise Bay Park or Bayside Campground. If you want to rent an RV for your stay, be sure to contact Happy Holiday RV rentals located in Gibsons.

What to Do?
Where to start? There is so much to do on the Sunshine Coast, however here are a few suggestions to get you started.
Gravity Park is Sechelt’s newest adventure and rated by Red Bull as Canada’s best mountain bike gravity (downhill) park.
Off The Edge or Elphinstone Bike Store if you need to rent bikes or get repairs
Sunshine Coast Trails is a webpage developed by local hikers and mountain bikers and can also be purchased as an app Trailmapps: Sunshine Coast
Hidden Grove is the closest hiking trails and very well marked with trails leading to awesome view points and huge ancient trees.
A trip to Skookumchuk Narrows is a must, but be sure to check the tides. The ideal time to visit is during a flood tide (+) and walk to Roland Point, which is found by taking the right at the fork in the trail about 45 minutes in. Travel time by car from Sechelt is 1 hour, and allow 1 hour to walk one way. Visit the awesome organic bakery at the start of the trail.

Golf anyone? Blue Ocean Golf Course is a beautiful, ocean view 18 hole course with a great restaurant.
Sunshine Coast Air Sight see by air or scheduled flights to Nanaimo….this is a treat you do not want to miss.
Interested in fishing while you are here? A valid fishing licence is required for fishing or collecting shellfish. Click here for Salt Water fishing licence . Be sure to print it off and bring with you. Sechelt Inlet is Area 16 and fishing regulations and limits can be found here, as well as Red Tide warnings for shellfish collection. There are 2 rockfish conservation areas in Salmon and Sechelt Inlets and are noted on the maps provided by Pedals & Paddles.
A fresh water fishing licence is required for fishing in streams and lakes.
