Where to start? There is so much to do on the Sunshine Coast, however here are a few suggestions to get you started.

Gravity Park is Sechelt’s newest adventure and rated by Red Bull as Canada’s best mountain bike gravity (downhill) park.

Off The Edge or  Elphinstone Bike Store if you need to rent bikes or get repairs

Sunshine Coast Trails is a webpage developed by local hikers and mountain bikers and can also be purchased as an app Trailmapps: Sunshine Coast

Hidden Grove is the closest hiking trails and very well marked with trails leading to awesome view points and huge ancient trees.

A trip to Skookumchuk Narrows is a must, but be sure to check the tides. The ideal time to visit is during a flood tide (+) and walk to Roland Point, which is found by taking the right at the fork in the trail about 45 minutes in. Travel time by car from Sechelt is 1 hour, and allow 1 hour to walk one way. Visit the awesome organic bakery at the start of the trail.
