Pedals and Paddles

Pedals & Paddles is the BEST place to rent Kayaks and canoes on the Sunshine Coast.  My friend and I had an amazing day paddling around Porpoise Bay all thanks to the great people and service at Pedals & Paddles.  We had a fantastic lesson from Dave and received a ton of info on the best places and beaches to explore in the area.  On our trip we spotted seals, Eagles, and various types of water birds.  We will definitely be back.  Thank you again !!!

Loved It!
Outstanding! My sister and I kayaked over Easter for the first time and were initally a little apprehensive. Staff were incredibly helpful, super friendly and obviously experts. We have now found our new hobby! Great rates, prime location to enjoy a morning or afternoon in the company of resident seals and eagles. We will be back often! Thank you so much!!

We rented a double kayak for a couple hours form Pedals and Paddles to explore Porpoise Bay and sechelt inlet. The staff are extremely friendly and most importantly very knowledgable. My girlfriend is a novice paddler and they made her feel comfortable and were patient with her during the instructions. We are looking forward to coming back and Paddle Boarding as well as checking out the Zodiac tours next time we are in Sechelt!

Lots of instruction

Unplug and Play – This has to be the best kayak camping in all of Canada! Their location was ideal, their staff was knowledgable and very helpful. We had our choice of kayaks, the kayaks had ample storage space for our camping equipment.

We were provided with maps to all of the best camping spots. All of these camp spots are accessable by water only, so it is kind of exclusive and seemingly no crowded.

We paddled to three different provincial park camping locations (free), all three had a toilet and a freshwater stream. We saw all kinds of wildlife; seals, porpoise, eagles (many different kinds of birds), salmon, jelly fish and even a small bear.

This was a 5 star experience and a 5 star value!
